Welcome, PAs & DAs

Plan the Year is your home base for setting up the upcoming academic year on Third East. Use it at the start of the year (or whenever the calendar shifts) to get everything in one place instead of hunting across the Add and Edit pages.

Here’s what this walkthrough does

• Schedule the events. Set the real start and end times for the year’s events. These write straight to the live Events page — what you set here is what the wing sees.
• Make events a surprise. Flip an event to a Mystery Event and it shows as “???” to the wing until it unlocks — automatically at its own start time, or on a custom reveal date you choose.
• Set goals. Capture what you want this year on the wing to be about. Goals and notes are saved for leadership year over year.

Nothing is shared with the wing until you save it. Take your time — you can come back and adjust any of this whenever you want.
